The cards will fall into the perfect hand this September at the Wind River Hotel and Casino's Autumn River Poker Tournament.

The top player could win more than $40,000 in the no-limit Texas hold 'em poker format.

Sign-up started Sept. 1 and ends Saturday, Sept. 21. The tournament starts later that day, with play beginning at 4 p.m.

Entry fee is $300, with the casino adding $4,000 to the pot. Space is limited, so only 200 players will be allowed to register.

In addition to Autumn River, Wind River Casino also hosts monthly poker tournaments. Every second and fourth Saturday of each month Diamonds in the Rockies Tournament hosts some of the best poker players in the region.

Beginners Luck Poker Tournament is also held every first and third Wednesday of each month. Lessons are held before the start of Beginners Luck.
