Local student earns 4-A scholarshipApr 1, 2012 - Staff More than $28,000 in scholarships has been awarded to first-time recipients by the Wyoming State 4-H Foundation. A recipient from Fremont County is Jaimie Lee, who was awarded the Lael Harrison Scholarship valued at $1,000. Other scholarship recipients, by scholarship, amount and county: Ella E.
